H.E. Mohammed Ali Ahmed Karti, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sudan, will pay a working visit to Turkey on 9-11 April upon the invitation of H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey.

During the meetings on the occasion of the visit, H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will discuss with his counterpart all aspects of bilateral relations with Sudan and exchange views on current regional and international issues. Turkey enjoys friendly and fraternal relations with Sudan dating back to a long history and attaches importance to develop our cooperation in every field.

This visit will constitute a new illustration of Turkey’s flourishing relations and increasing bilateral contacts with African countries as a strategic partner of the Continent in recent years, and will enable bilateral relations with Sudan to be further strengthened in the forthcoming period.
